Booked an appointment 3 weeks out to make sure I had the time off and they scheduled me when they were closed. Keep in mind this is after they already got paid. Am still fighting to get my deposit back. Bunch of crooks

MINUS 5 STARS -* * * * *Spoke to a rep in late October to have a walk-in appointment schedule mid November.Showed up on the day of my appointment to the Jacksonville location only to find out the door was locked at 3PM.Called their number and the agent told my they are not open today and that location will not be accepting new patients because it will be closing down soon. Agent proceeded to ask me if I can go to the Port Orange location, which is I said is way too far from Jacksonville.The agent apologized stating sorry for the miscommunication. There was NO communication whatsoever and completely wasted my time due to their incompetent staff.Ironically, they sent me an email earlier in the morning way before my 'upcoming' afternoon appointment to leave feedback about my visit (which of course hasn't happened yet).....well above is my feedback about my experience.Went to DocMJ instead and will not refer this sloppy shop to any one.

I was seen promptly. Dr. O explained everything to me and answered all my many questions since I am new to medical marijuana. Highly recommend.

Great customer service! Let me say at first I was a little anxious about paying all the fees upfront but once I filled out the paperwork and paid they immediately began to work on my file. I did have to call to make a change to my appointment location but they helped me with that no problem. They communicated with me during all the steps and made sure I understood the process. Definitely recommend Angelic Lift! Everyone was helpful and I appreciate the great service!

Very easy and very knowledgeable! I have to admit, I was a little nervous putting my info on the online intake form and paying for my visit upfront, but they started working for me immediately and requested any records I wasn’t able to provide directly from my doctor. Dr. Sert explained what kinds of medical cannabis I should use for what conditions and all of their staff were friendly and knowledgeable about different products available in our area. I shopped around and read a lot of reviews, and you won’t find anyone that costs less or has more positive esteem in Jacksonville.

Staff was very friendly! Arrived early, was easily checked in and seen by Dr. O on time. She was very efficient. Went over everything I needed to know and listened to my personal concerns so we could tailor my needs accordingly. Jeff was also awesome, when I called back later to ask a few questions about my login to the state site he was super helpful and gave me some really good information on transdermal gels. Loved the experience! Thank you!
